The joys of partying and then being woken up 4 hours later by my dad

My parents had a pretty big party Christmas Eve which involved lots of drinking, pool, and darts. Needless to say most of us were pretty bad off including my parents. However, my dad decided it would be fun to wake everyone up at 6am to open presents because he was excited to see what he got from my mom and the kids. After four hours of sleep, I was woken up and a beautiful picture taken.

uhhh

Edit: I just got this picture today in an Easter card from my mom.

Actually I had not seen this picture until today when it came in an Easter card from my mom.

lol, that doesn't look too bad...if you take a picture of me 4 hours after I partied hard, you'd better be in a fighting mood, or at least have a trashcan/bag nearby :)

LOL, i'm the same way.

My roommates knew better than to interrupt my sleep unless it was life-threatening. :D

If my dad did that after a night of drinking I would tell him the newspaper was out on the lawn, or even make it so, and then wait for him to go get it. Then clink! Back to bed ;). Of course Christmas day probably == no newspaper delivery and it would be icy cold by hey, he choose to get up at 6am :0.
