By testing the veracity of her claims? Particularly when she was not entirely credible from the start and now it's fairly obvious she's had a troubled relationship with the truth in general throughout her professional life?

Can you point to a general sentiment among Democrats or Biden that all accusers should be believed without any verification whatsoever?

There's nothing wrong with initially believing Reade, in fact, we should believe accusers initially which should lead to immediately start verifying stories. If problems arise, we need to reevaluate.

I don't know why you can't just admit she's turned out not to be a credible person. Nor credible in her particular account of assault (since certainly habitual liars can still be assaulted).

That's uhm... Not good. It doesn't seem she badly misrepresented her credentials at court, but if she put out there under oath a degree she did not earn, that's plenty significant. It seems like the pattern is reporting a degree from Antioch University which she did not have. But she does have a law degree. It leads to the question of whether she entered law school via fraud.
 
If she really is an advocate of #MeToo, it’s bad enough to stretch a true claim of sexual harassment to assault. If she’s done it to others before, just so she can get paid for her “expert” testimony. But what kangaroo court would base their verdict on her word? There has to be other evidence against the accused that got them convicted. So these defense lawyers are stretching it to get their clients off on this.

Yeah... I think it's safe to say this story is over. The only question is if the conservative mediaphere will try to keep it alive, but they seem to be bored of it already.

The fact that Fox News hasn’t offered her an exclusive interview is telling. I doubt she’ll be able to Diamond and Silk her way into any money over this.

Money aside, she could actually get herself in substantial trouble here. If she testified to the court that she has a degree she doesn't have, that's perjury. If she obtained her law license by lying about her credentials to get into law school that sounds like something that could get her disbarred.

for those opposing biden, it's better that the documents never get released. releasing the documents provides definitive evidence. if they're never released, you can just keep speculating till the cows come home with nothing to refute your claims.

Get what documents? They don’t exist.

Opening up his documents is exactly what Republicans want so they can dig through them and Hillary’s Emails this.

Biden should offer that he’s willing to open up all his records and those of his running mate as soon as Pence opens all his sealed records and Trump opens up the books on the Trump organization. Fair’s fair!
