Turns out that Biden wasn't even at the 2008 Gridiron dinner, instead being at home recovering from sinus surgery and having sent an aide and a pre-recorded video instead. Sasha Pezenik took down the original Tweet chain after it was proved to be a false allegation.

This is apparently the new normal: fake harassment and rape/assault charges against Biden until they can make something stick.

This whole line of criticism reeks of Character Assassination. The amount of people who don't pay their Bills, declare Bankruptcy, avoid the Repoman numbers in the millions. People falling on hard times is a fact of life for a large part of society and isn't in itself a Character flaw.

My problem with the rebuttals I am getting is that they are all too familiar and similar to what Rape Apologists use. Clearly she has made mistakes, so have so many others. These mistakes are not rebuttals of what she has alleged Biden has done though.

Well that's true, many millions do struggle financially but if she took on debt for student loans you'd think at age 56 she'd be well on her way to having those paid off. So it might just be a coincidence, but I find it telling that she waited for Biden to all but lock up the nomination to change her story about what happened, even worse, she's endorsed Biden as a champion of woman's rights in the past, how could anyone do that if Biden had molested her in a violent fashion?.

How is it a viable option? Exactly what do you think these records are anyway? Any records from the time are almost certainly literally paper in thousands of boxes.

At most, there could be a digital log itemizing the documents by doc type, date, etc. Each may have a note about subject in one field. Even if such a thing exists, however, you still wouldn't be able to search document contents.

If she wants to prove there is a record of this, at this point I'd just let her go and search all the boxes herself if possible. Her credibility is so low it isn't really worth anyone else's time.
