Yeah I notice the missing rice and the leftover liquid.Jambalaya isn’t a stew. Only vegetables are the trinity and tomatoes (depends on type). Rice dish like a paella kind of and yeah generally has andouille in it but doesn’t have to. There’s no rice in that pic which is the primary ingredient and there’s no liquid left in jambalaya when cooked
