The itching... owwwww.

Just recently everytime I get done taking a shower my upper body (mainly back) starts to itch like crazy. It stops after like 15-20 minutes, but it is extremely annoying. I don't remember changing anything different... maybe we have new soap. I'll check into that, but any other suggestions?

Have you changed your brand of conditioner, shampoo or soap on a rope lately?

Dry skin. Try using some moisturizing lotion after you shower.

 

Take your annual bath Bi-annually from now on

its from your soap or hard water
i deal with this every winter. its the hard water and very dry air in my case.
its girly, but get a shower poof thing and some body wash.
i have to do it or im the same way, itch like CRAZY and very ashy skin.
i still itch even after the poofy sponge, but its not nearly as severe.

I use no such thing. I just have one of those scrunchy pink things that you squirt soap on....

I like my water luke-warm. Not too hot... not too cold.

Try something like Dove Sensitive Skin body wash with your pink puffy scrubber thing. Then use some lotion after your shower.
