Hang in there... and oh... I don't care if your superior is a d1ck... calling people out is not good for your career. Ever. Preventable.

You outright told your manager he was lazy and does not do his job? You are just as unprofessional as he is.
Yeah - there is waaaaaaaaaay more to this story however. He is always trying to pass off his work and will throw anyone under the buss at the soonest opportunity
The lazy comment came when he was playing fucking cards when he was supposed to be working. An email came to him and he stopped to come over to me to try to get me to do his work. I told -politely- no that I had other work to do. He told me that wasn't a good attitude and that I should "stop being such a fucking baby" (<- direct quote) I bristled at that and told him that I had my own work to do and didn't have time to do his as well. He then continued to try and tell me how busy he was and that he expected me to complete his work. So I told him that "If you weren't so lazy and spent all your time goofing off you would have plenty of time to do your work" (He plays cards, surfs the internet and takes about (8) 15 min smoke breaks a day)
There are many incidents like this one that happen to not only myself. Out of our 50 employees I don't think there is a single person who likes him. Unfortunately it is very hard for managers to get fired where i work
