Very vague clues.
I played it in bosnia.
It was early to mid 1990 (but not sure if thats the year it was made)
It was a 2d Side scroller.
I think the protagonist were bunnies or at least looked like them.
You can shot and i think you were able to punch.

I'll post more tips as i remember them.




 
The Jazz Jackrabbit series are they only games from the mid 90's I can think of that let you play as a rabbit in a side scroller. They were made for PCs in the U.S. but I imagine they could have easily been ported to an arcade system in other regions.

Appreciate the input but unfortunately it wasn't that one.

the one im thinking of is

-its constantly moving
-your flying
-Space setting?
