A little over $400 for that.

I consider it long term savings to try to keep up with inflation.

Anyone ever drink Hawaiian Sun fruit juices? There's a ton of added sugar but damn, very tasty. Amazon has them.

I like the various imprints. Depending on rare they end up being, that might be a real find.

Yeah I can see the wallstreetsilver ones maybe being worth something more than oz value later down the line. I think they are a somewhat limited run.

Bought my wife a Dell Inspiron 15 (AMD Ryzen 5500U) to replace her Haswell based laptop that she complained about just about any time she touched it over the last year or so. I think she had it for a good 6-7 years, so for a $400 laptop, it lasted a decent amount of time. I honestly would have liked to replace it a year ago, but the component shortages and higher prices pushed that plan back until now.

I think with the laptop having an AMD CPU, we now have a 50/50 split on Intel vs. AMD computers in our household. So I'm still undecided if I'm an Intel or AMD shill. ;) :p

3 desktops - AMD
1 desktop - Intel
1 laptop - AMD
3 laptops - Intel

Just bought these. I'll start rollerblading during lunch at work and hopefully progress to hitting the skate park in my town; this should keep me entertained during the snowboarding off-season.

summit racing got a good chuck of my money...
top end gasket set, lifter guides, lifters, assembly lube and other msc. parts.
and a call to a class action lawyer.
I had an AFM lifter fail in my 5.3l in my 2015 seirra with 125k miles. The lifters are back ordered and I cant operate without a truck in the spring. need hay, need to be ready to transpo sheep if needed during lambing season, need feed, what if the tractor breaks down? etc. GD the last 2 weeks have been stupid. I have a $25k brick in my garage and as soon as we get back from a trip ill be buying a 25k truck because that's what I need to replace the brick in the garage. i'll wait for the lifters and fix it and sell it to get as much as possible out of it. I cant do a delete because we have emissions inspections. best offer I had as is was 10k. ill spend about 1k fixing it and should get 20+ out of it. dealer just laughs at you and that will be 10k if you bring it here. F them.

going to buy a nice 3/4 ton 08 to 2013 suburban or yukon XL with a 6.0 in it. much cheaper than finding a nice excursion, better on gas and 10 years newer. just saw an Excursion sell for 37k with 150k miles, but in very nice shape. F me , it's just about the worst time in history to be forced to buy a truck. been wanting to upgrade to a 3/4 ton as we need a bit more torque over mountain passes and we want something that will last a long time, that we can sleep in the back of. the 'burb will be perfect I think. I'm mad at GM for this shit, but nobody else makes what I want, and don't want the headaches of a diesel.

My charge controller I bought a while back with the 2000w inverter from Renogy finally came in today. There was an issue with the shipment and they sent another one.

Going through a routine inspection before I put it in service. This along with the battery and 2000w inverter will be part of a portable solar system. I use the word portable loosely here. This thing is going to be pretty heavy. Going to add wheels.

I finally got a replacement for my old United Nuclear radon detector. This is small and portable, so I should be able to use to track down the hot spots and maybe do some half-assed, red neck remediation and maybe the level down from aroun 6.5 to 7 picocuries per liter to around 4. That's the dream anyway.

I hear you ask, don't you have a guy for that. Well, sort of. But "the guy" can't do shit until I give him some room to work. And that might not be this century.

By *room to work" , are you excavating a crawl space or basement or something?
I'm lucky we don't have to dick with that stuff around here not too much radon in Western Washington State.

Have you ever seen the show Hoarders? Well, it's not quite that bad and it's all somewhat organized. By that I mean that I have about a dozen 4 drawer, full length filing cabinets. No idea what's in them though.

OCD is strong in my family. Of course no one would dare admit it. So besides all of the useless paper, there's all manner of other shit too. Honestly, it would be that difficult to just move some things around so he could jack hammer a few holes in the foundation and set up the venting system. I just don't want to do it. But I'm working on changing that mindset.

I've been on Luvox (OCD/depression drug) for almost a year. But most of that was titrating up to my current (and max) dose of 300mg. And the personality changes have been profound and positive. So I'm very hopeful I can start to approximate normal human behavior. You know, things like not living in a Goodwill store that's been hit by a hurricane.

Picked out a few lil succulents and got a fishbowl planter at the store, and had the dude do the deed at the garden center. Gonna get another small regular pot for 2 more that I want, more medium sized ones. Happy with these lil guys
