Fiancee just came back from Vegas (bachelorette's) last night and intended to go to work today. She called in sick. 😉 I think she'll be out cold the rest of the day+afternoon.
 
No problem going to work this morning. Maybe it is because I like my job. I do some tech support, but for the most part, I maintain the network, VPN, servers, and so on. The paycheck isn't bad either. 🙂
 
I'm out sick from work all week. At LEAST one week, I should say. 😛

I just got done watching the pilot episode of Firefly, and can already tell that I am definitely going to like this show. I think I will watch it again, then play some computer games, then sleep until mid-afternoon. Then I really should work on my stuff for Uni, though. 😛
 
How can you not have a job? I've had a job since i was 15...going through high school. How do you pay for gas? The only way I see it is this:

You still get an allowance
You take the bus/ride with friends
Homeschooled
walk/ride bike


If you are over 18 and withuot a job, even if still in school, you have failed at life. The only exception is you have earned a full scholarship to a college.
 
Yeah I really don't want to be at work right now either. The bad thing about it is that I am sitting here reflecting because I graduated college two years ago to this day. I am even more dismayed at life than I was two years ago. 🙁

I will always remember Firefly as the show that replaced Dark Angel in its time slot. Still, I watched it with an open mind and hated it.

try being a field tech 🙂 I made about 10 calls this morning to schedule my calls today, 2 had already fixed thier own machines the rest don't have parts yet, so the rest of the day is pretty much free.....unless I get a 4hr response call.
 
I just got back from vacation and today really does suck. 🙁 I hate coming back to work after vacations. *sigh*
