Poor Sen Feinstein. The CIA is snooping on her computer and she thinks its a violation of the 4th Amendment.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/world...2cbc2c-a923-11e3-8599-ce7295b6851c_story.html

"The head of the Senate Intelligence Committee on Tuesday sharply accused the CIA of violating federal law and undermining the constitutional principle of congressional oversight as she detailed publicly for the first time how the agency secretly removed documents from computers used by her panel to investigate a controversial interrogation program.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) said that the situation amounted to attempted intimidation of congressional investigators, adding: “I am not taking it lightly.”

What you need to know about the dispute over an investigation into the agency’s interrogation program.

“Let me say up front that I come to the Senate floor reluctantly,” she said.

The confirmed that an internal agency investigation of the action has been referred to the Justice Department for possible criminal prosecution. And she said that the CIA appears to have violated the Fourth Amendment, which bars unreasonable searches and seizures, as well as various federal laws and a presidential executive order that prevents the agency from conducting domestic searches and surveillance.
"

But the NSA snooping on everyone elses' computers.. that just fine.

Laws don't apply to her. Remember also that this wise and beautiful woman is one of the most rabid anti-gun politicians, yet has a rare concealed carry permit in California.

Get yourself elected to the Senate, and I'll bet you can have a concealed carry permit too.
Oh, and Diane Feinstein is a conservative Democrat.

she's a typical blinkered and cloistered liberal. She forgets she is a public employee. She forgets she's using publicly funded infrastructure subject to audit and inspection. Elections Have Consequences...how long has that slob been in public office?? How much has her personal wealth increased year after year?? She most certainly should be the subject of a through shake down..where did all that personal wealth come from?? And the endless nepotism she has engaged in..how did that close relative of hers end up becoming a Judge?? If we had a real investigative press all this would be front and center.

The NSA is part of the Executive. She is part of the Legislative.

Separation of powers, I'm sure you've heard of it?

Wait, are we doing that again? I thought that when "things needed to get done" it was OK to toss that concept. Oh well.

I don't know about you but there has been too much BS by government to say who did what to trust any of them. But to the annoyance of some I do think that chickens coming home to roost is somewhat amusing in its irony.

Well, that's a lengthy dump of historical conservative talk talking points.

"Trust" any of them? Hardly. Politics is a dirty business, but we still have to at least try to have a functional government.

Typical hypocrite scumbag. She exemplifies the attitude of many of the "leaders", the politicians who are fine with rules that apply to the "general public" and another set of rules that need to apply to enlightened superiors (politicians).

Everyday I get a good laugh here from something dazzlingly dumb spewed by leftists.

This is the gem so far today! Good show!

Remember, facts tend to be liberal....you stupid conservative bastard.
According to the AMERICAN CONSERVATIVE UNION, which issues ratings of how politicans perform according to their conservative criteria, Diane Feinstein has a lifetime record of 7.9 of the their ratings scale and the average rating of a Democratic Senator is....6.78 % SO Diane Feinstein is more conservative than the average Democrat.

WTF is it with conservatives? You are so sure of yourselves that facts don't matter?

Let me explain it for you, Boxer is liberal, Feinstein is conservative. Feinstein supported the wars, the tax cuts, and is against legalizing weed. The only issue where she might be considered liberal is gun control, and if you bothered to learn anything about her history you might understand her position.

^ LOL! Leave it to you to double down on dumb!

Difi is ranked the 15th most liberal senator, tied with Chuck Schumer.

She's three points above the detestibile moron Harry Reid, and two below a true leftloon like Al Franken. (In fact the top of the liberal list is like a who's who of loonbags.)

She doesn't come anywhere close to being ranked among conservative Democrats.

But of course for a mouth breathing moron like you, anything not left of Fidel Castro is "conservative".

Once more, thanks for the laughs!
