Meh. I'm not sure what to think. Maybe I just didn't get the underlying messages beneath the monster and the obvious family bond. The comedy was scarce in between unless the translations are messed up or there's cultural references that I just didn't understand. Sometime the dialogue is just so bizzare that it didn't fit in with the scene. A comedy, no. A horror/suspense, no. A weird movie, yes.
