Greedy? A sequel was guaranteed to make hundreds of millions of dollars, if not more. Lots and lots of money or your feelings/opinion? That's an easy decision.
I saw Hangover2 at the drive-in. Fortunately, it was playing with a movie that I actually enjoyed. The following week, 2 was still playing, but with a different movie that I wanted to see, so I had to sit through 2 again. The guy at the box office window (knows me) said, "you actually want to sit through that piece of shit again? You must be a glutton for punishment." Me: "No, that's why I brought my laptop. I'll play some games or something."
The first time, I laughed 4 times. The second time, I laughed 5 times - I noticed something that time that I missed the first time. Spoiler alert:
At the end, after they drive the boat 50 feet onto the shore, he throws the anchor overboard.
I'll be avoiding 3 if possible. They're just milking it for more money.
I think most people enjoyed the first one. The 2nd one was almost the exact same thing but not funny...why is that? I mean..I can still watch the first one and laugh at the same jokes...
ill probably rent it from redbox when its out. i liked part 2 a lot more than i expected. sure the plot is basically the same, but it was still funny as shit in parts. i watch comedies to laugh, not to pick apart about how amazing the award winning the plot is.

I don't think I cracked a smile at the trailer, and I loved the first and thought the second was ok. No way I'll see this in a theater anyway; Redbox ftw.
