Another 11/30/23 arrest... was the FBI trying to make their numbers for the end of the month....
This guy must have stood out in the J6 crown as a black man.

So this jackwagon is an attorney, or to be correct WAS, as his conviction as cost him his license, and he's now in the pokey for 18 months.

Probably wasn't a good attorney, as he is arguing that since he was convicted in a bench trial, that he is not guilty.

So SC is gonna nerf the "Obstruction of official proceeding" law that has been used to smack Jan 6th magats around and was gonna be used vs. the Orange himself.

I mean why else would they take it up?

-Every once in a long while this court takes up an obvious case and makes the obvious (correct) ruling just to put stuff to bed, like they did in Harper V. Moore.

I hope that is the case this time as well.

I'm not on Twitter, so I can't respond directly.

As a note, she stormed into the capitol with an ax, and they found duct tape and weapons when the feds raided her home after Jan 6. Hardly someone who is innocent.

Only thing I can say is this: Bitch, you got a criminal history. The whole fucking reason you got an ankle bracelet is because you got convicted of a crime. Don't act like you're a victim. You're a criminal. You did the "fuck around" part, now you're not happy with the "find out" part.

I don't think the feds finding duck tape or weapons is an indication of guilt to be honest.. I mean, I have duct tape, two hand guns, and probabably other things that can be classified as a weapon, as millions of others around the country do, does that make any of us guilty of any crime? Don't get me wrong, I have zero sympathy for this woman, and she got what she deserved.. well actually, she didn't get what she diserved, the sentence should have been much harsher. I just don't think your example of the feds finding duct tape and weapons is an indication of guilt or innocence.

I'll grant you duct tape and a gun alone doesn't mean you are ready to commit a crime. Duct tape is damn handy as a homeowner. And as far as weapons go, I got rid of my hand gun when I first had kids.

While there weren't a whole lot of details on how those items were found, I'd wager they were found together.

Regardless, you can't really excuse running around the capitol building with an axe.
