Well this would be fine, but I work on a helpdesk and we are stuck to our computers all day long. We surf the web as a stress reliever or to give us something to do. Now they want to shove online training down our throats, all day long. The funny thing is that as soon as people here get their certs, they walk out the door for better jobs. Buahaha. The buzz is that a lot of people are getting ready to leave because our new director is a prick. I won't follow the rule because I only have another week left here, so screw em!
 
Don't they teach you in Bussiness 101 that a successful company keeps employee morale high?

They tried this where I work, but we all threatened to quit so they changed the policy. Now, I just surf as much as I want.
