I'm at work today "Saturday" to help out for a few hours. We can wear anything we want on Saturday, and 7 out of 10 people (men and women) are wearing flip-flops.

Of that group, 4 are guys (including me), and one of the women made a comment that guys shouldn't go out with bare toes unless they get a pedicure.

However, men who get pedicures seem to be scorned and made fun of.

What the hell do you want women??????? Make up your minds!!!!

(On a side note, I do my own pedicures and my wife thinks I'm too metrosexual)

I think there is a difference between a pedicure and having done some basic maintenance on your toenails.

I honestly don't care, I'm not gonna notice what kind of shoes people are wearing unless there is some reason to do so. If it happens that I see a beautiful woman and I check out her legs, and she's wearing sandals and has a nice pedicure, all the better, but otherwise it's meh/meh.

I can see the quandary though. I have very OCD-like grooming habits, but then I'll turn around and mangle myself helping a friend do engine and motor work on an old truck or jeep lol.

I say f other people's opinions.

And ugly people shouldn't show their faces outside.

That woman can shove it. I don't have nasty feet, and I trim my nails regularly. I sure as hell don't get pedicures, and if I want to wear flip-flops I will.

She just has a foot fetish and likes a nicely pedicured foot rubbing her naughty bits.

I shouldn't be out without shaved legs either. It's a forest down there, but here we are.

Oh ya, pedicure won't help. I went through a phase (multi-year) when I wore really tight, ill-fitting shoes. Long story short, some of my toe nails have fallen off or are severely mis-shaped.

If the thought of someone with a foot fetish makes you think of barfing... I'd hate to think what the more extreme fetishes would make you do...

Oh, I understand completely the idea of admiring/liking the pretty legs/feet of a beautiful woman.

Reversed though, the idea of male feet being attractive/touching a woman in an intimate manner .. this for some reason makes me incredibly uncomfortable.

Maybe I'm a sexist, but I can understand one easily, and relate to it, the other bothers me. Not that I care what other people do really, it's none of my business, but I couldn't participate in it.

Actually the girl that said it is pretty damned hot. Bordering on high class stripper hot.

Please don't ask for pics - there is no way I could justify it.

this thread is worthless w/o pictures of the bordering hot high class stripper.

Way to tease us.

You're ok as long as you clean out the toe cheez and sock fibers. Unless you have a nail fungus.

She kinda went too far. I think she really means that guys need to practice good toe hygiene. This can be accomplished w/o going out for a professional pedicure.

My feet will never see a flip flop, not because I have nasty feet, but because flip flops on men are just wrong.

Women shouldn't talk. They have HORRIBLE feet from wearing those stupid pointy shoes that they think men give a shit about. Take any 30 to 40 year old man and women, and the man will have better feet 90% of the time.

Women are the ones who need to cover those nasty things up.

That would be a huge NO! Mandals, flipflops, showershoes, none of these belong on men's feet.
ridickulous :p

it keeps you cooler not having to wear socks/shoes, and it doesn't turn you gay or anything. :p

i actually think it's odd seeing a guy in the summer wearing shorts, tshirt and wearing sock & sneakers unless it's for running or something.

what do you wear on your feet when you go to the beach?

OK, but you come across as more of a tomboy. How often do you wear pointy toed heels, once a month?
How often do most women wear them? Most women I know don't wear them that often, and I see a lot more ugly man feet than women feet. : /

Dude feet are ugly. So many douchebags with gross feet running around.
Please remove that fungus you jackhole. Or at least pick off the grime before leaving the house.
