The lyrics aren't really worth translating... video was hilarious though for some reason, which is weird because i usually don't like these kinds of MV's.

For the part that isn't really translated

"Oppa is Gangnam style, Gangnam style"

It literally translates to "Big Brother (aka what every female in Korea calls a older male) is "Gangnam" (Literally translates to "South of the River", or it could also refer to a city called "Gangnam" (Which is in fact south of the Han River) in Korea) Style
 
If I've learned anything about foreign songs, if they're any bit pop-ish, just leave them untranslated. Foreign pop lyrics usually aren't any better than ours, so it's better if you don't understand them. 😛
