It just dawned on me that Gangnam Style will inevitably break 1 billion views & become the #1 viewed of Youtube of all-time.

Its been on a pretty linear upward path for a couple months now, pretty impressive really. Let's just hope that continues.

I personally am willing to watch it for another 100million times to overthrow bieber-douche.D:

That's what I thought too until I realized that Bieber vid got 790 mil views over 3 years.

Psy got 600 mil in 3.5 months. Even if it loses team, it'll break 1 billion from residual views from all over the world.

I don't think so, there have been a lot of comments about using programs/scripts to auto-refresh the page to buffer the view count and I can't imagine there's proxies involved.
 
It will also probably get a boost by all of the end of year lists - music, pop culture, year in review and all that.

This is going to be the #1 alltime vid soon. It's not a matter of if it will surpass beiber, but when!

Near the end of december, all of the 2012 recap shows and articles will bring lots more views too, so the momentum isn't going to slow to a crawl anytime soon. It could pass beiber by new years. Probably will be over 1 billion views within the next 6 months.
 
Asian women don't usually float my boat but after watching that video I want a korean woman now....lol!!!
