Really and truly despised that book. I'm glad I read it, since it's such a part of our literary culture, but I hate it.

I always feel a little let down when I finish a book though.

Usually sad it's over or disappointed with the ending after reading the whole build up.

I am not a fan at all of Lord of the Flies. The rest I agree with, but all should be read.
