The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly question

I just watched the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, and it has been the best 3 hours of my weekend. The movie oozes manliness, except for one small detail. Every cowboy in the movie runs like a little pansy. Why, did our running patterns evolve? Google doesn't turn out anything, so I'm wondering if anyone has any life experiences.

Have never seen this movie all the way through. Usually catch this Graveyard scene though. Love the music.

Run like that cause of tight leather pants?

Well, I find they swing their arms in a weird way. Like what you would expect a little girl to run. It's not just one person, every guy in the movie runs in the same way. I think even Clint Eastwood does it!

Whoever double-crosses me and leaves me alive, he understands nothing about Tuco. Nothing!

Because, like the other spaghetti westerns...it's made in Italy...with Italian Mexicans...and they run like little grrrls...😛

Oh yeah...and...

"He who fights and runs away, lives to fight another day."

Maybe to keep their balance better in cowboy boots?

I've watched that movie quite a few times and I never noticed the running until now.

Most of the actors were Italian veterans from the African campaign in WW2. They got used to running like that. 😉

Edit: beaten by BoomerD. Although I remember it being made in Spain with Italians.

saw it all the way through for the first time last week, pretty awesome movie

My friends and I saw it at the theater 3 or 4 Saturday afternoons in a row when it came out. The Cinéma Le Bijou was just two city blocks from my house..Every Sergio Leone spaghetti western was really anticipated after the first one. People were abuzz just like for Star Wars sequels.

wow. as a real movie in a real theater

As much as I like the movie, I don't think I can make it through it all the way.

Whether tv commercials, or pausing the tape or dvd, I'm usually taking a break.

BLONDIEE !!!! You know what you are ??? You are a son of a *que music*

One of my all time favorites. I love the ending !!

another interesting clip

Looks like they were just staying ready to catch themselves when they fell. I'm guessing the copious amounts of whiskey had something to do with that.
