If your interested in building your own tiny media device, this might be what you have been searching for. I do find the price a bit high though..
It is a complete pc on a tiny board with a msata connector.

Gizmo 2 is the second generation open source x86 development board presented by GizmoSphere. Gizmo 2 provides the power of a high performance computer and the I/O capabilities of a microcontroller through the use of an AMD Embedded G-Series System-on-Chip (SOC).The board includes the AMD GX-210HA dual-core processor, combined on a single die with AMD Radeon HD 8210E discrete-class graphics, providing 85 GFLOPS performance while drawing only 9W TDP.

Features:

AMD G-Series SOC
1GB DDR3-1600 SDRAM
HDMI Video/Audio Output
85 GFLOPS performance
HD Audio In/Out
mSATA/mini PCIe Connector
microSD Card Slot
Onboard Gigabit Ethernet
USB 3 and 2 Connectors

The CPU is compatible with DirectX 11.1, OpenGL 4.2 and OpenCL 1.2 APIs.

193.34 dollars.

Price is about on par with the Nvidia Jetson board. Wonder how the performance and power compare.

You might want to start a new thread about that. Your questions about overclocking don't have much to do with the Gizmo 2, as they are very general.
