seal with duct tape

if you feel a cold coming on, get Airborne or zycam and start drinking a lot of orange juice.

The airborne and zycam really do work to make the cold less severe and the length less.

also, it really helps if you combine a tablespoon of honey and the juice of one lemon and drink that.

man i just shook one of these off last week. i was the king of snot for a while.

someone i know swears that consuming plain yogurt at the onset of a cold helps to fight it. i've never tried that one though.

I thought you weren't supposed to consume dairy when sick :confused:

i think you are correct. like i said, never tried it.

personally i think by the time you feel one coming on, you're screwed.

no drowsiness at all.

With the zycam, you can use the nose swabs or the nasal spray. the airborne is a fizzing tablet you put in water. They really do work though, just make sure to have something in your stomach before using them as they gave me a bit of an upset stomach when i took them w/o eating something first.
