The G8 GXP is back

We need it back in the USA even if it badged as Chevrolet. I will be in the market for a car in about 2-3 years so maybe it will be here again by then.

"Limited Production" is such an over used psychological marketing ploy. It's like those ads you see all the time "ZOMG LIMITED TIME ACT NOW!!!1!!!!1! OR LOSE OUT FOREVER!!!1!! ZOMG!!1!"

Two weeks, two months, and then two years later, you still see the same ad day after day...

Is a bit odd they use GXP tags on the E2 version.

The http://www.holden.com.au/vehicles/Commodore/SS-V-Series-Special-Edition is what they started to do to get rid of the left over parts GM USA screwed them on since they were suppose to be in production longer, but from what I've heard they're selling so well that Holden is going to keep offering it.

Or not a factory option, but odd to see

Personally I think they'd be better off doing something like the magnum, even if 2-door..

I can't help but to associate that to a mullet...

like someone said before:

"americans liked the holden; aussies liked the pontiac.

the grass really is greener on the other side, eh?"

I was in New Zealand for a week and a half this past week and a half, and I have to say, the car culture here in NZ/Aussie is strong. I saw a Ford Falcon with a tasteful body kit and throaty exhaust sound, and my jaw dropped looking at it. WHY CAN'T WE HAVE THE FORD FALCON?? Or that Toyota Aurion? Or any of those Holdens? The Holden small cars come with 6 cyl engines! It was the size of a corolla, yet they sell those w/ 6 cyl engines. grrrrrrr

I'd be happy with just the a TRD 2GR-FE supercharger kit from the Aurion to slap on an Avalon.

Go go 350 WHP beige/gold 4 door rice smoking granny car!

I would LOVE to have the front bumper on my GT instead of the one I have now. I like the look much better. Same hood though.
It's funny they prefer Pontiac's front clip while many here prefer the original Holden front end.

They sold less than 5000, that's pretty limited in today's economy.
