Heh, it hasn't come true, and it won't. There was a nice discussion on slashdot about this; for a myriad of reasons it'll never see the light of day. Numero uno being latency both to the server, encoding frames, back to the box, and decoding the image.

That will be taken care of when they tie up with broadband service providers, I think this technology makes use of buffering to pre-load static data before the game is streamed.
