No he is right, the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, on RT 50 near Anapolis, MD IS completely above water. The Chesapeake Bay is very large though and there is more than one point of crossing. There is ALSO a Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. It is a different bridge/tunnel though. I live in Maryland and have most of my life. I am not making this up.
