You can own any former russian fighter jet and that is ok with the us goverment, but they have since the mid 1950's (dont remember the exact date) have banned us citizens from owning any fighter aircraft used by our military and as part of that congressional mandate, any plane that is to be removed from inventory must be shreadded and destroyed. That picture was an american jet.

I am guessing that since it had a Corporate logo, the same rules might apply to the ownership of a machine gun. It is legal for corporations to own any kind of machine gun and any company can purchase one with little hastle from the goverment, however it is a differant story if you are a private citizen- still legal but very tough to get; you must go through mountains of scrutiny, red tape, approvals from officals, and be questioned by the fbi. I think the compairison is similar here except in no way can an Individual own a US Made Fighter Jet like they could a machine gun. Prehaps it is ok for a corporation or private enterprise to own a jet, I am not sure about it though.

That is an American F-15. Link- http://www.jetplanes.co.uk/index.html

That photgraph has been circulating the email inboxes for some time now. I was preatty surprised the first time I saw it.
