"The Fugitive" - The tv show from back in the day

Barry Morse, the actor who played Gerard in the tv series "The Fugitive" died today.

RIP, but that isn't the reason I am posting. When I saw the headline, I didn't even know there was such a TV series, I only knew of the movie(I am only 20 years old).

Anyway, my question is, was the show good? I assume it was at least decent since they made a movie. Do you guys think it would still be watchable today? Anywhere I might be able to find it?

Is it any good?

When I saw it reruns a few years back, before the movie and thought it was pretty good.

You can't be nominated for 7 awards, win 2, and suck.

A&E used to show re-runs, but that's been many years ago now. Yeah, I remember it being a pretty good show, David Janssen was great as Dr. Kimble. It'd have to be more enjoyable than watching the steaming pile of reality TV and pathetic gameshows that are coming down the pike during this writer's strike.

I don't think I've ever seen it, but I think the series ending episode was at the time one of the highest rated shows ever.
