OMG. I just finished this game. I am so glad that I never bought this pile. I bought into the hype originally and stated, in a few threads, that I'd double dip on this one (Wii and 360). I then decided to wait and boy, am I glad that I did. I co-worker let me borrow it.

Lots of long, button-mashing levels without many interesting elements. The story seemed solid. I hated the boss battles. I guess the developers were going for a SWesque, cinematic battle, but it just doesn't work. When a player is used to playing a certain way, then has to readjust for a difficult boss battle, it becomes frustrating.

And I hate, hate HATE, games that put in this 'Simon says' way of defeating a boss or mini-boss. You almost never get it right the first time.

Vader glitched and turned to stone during the second phase of the first battle with him. He wouldn't move and became invincible. I had to die by standing on the red-orange, force field floor to reset the level.

Also, on the last level, I got the 'null/invalid text' bug. What a steaming pile.

Hated the combos. How is one supposed to remember 30 different combos? Ridiculous.

The music became incredible repetitive. The new theme for the game is burned into my brain.

With this game and Fracture, I think LucasArts should just shut down. Pure garbage, but if you liked this game, then you will enjoy that Conan game. These two are so similar that it seems like Lucas Arts stole the template for Conan and just plugged in SW characters. Same mindless button-mashing. Same 'Simon says' ending to the boss battles. Same buying combos. Garbage.

I liked Conan much better than Farce Unleashed. And, Conan is just a God of War rip off with better gore but no platformer stuff. When Conan puts it on someone, arms, legs, torsos, entrails, heads. go flying. Much more satisfying than bludgeoning with a glowing ball bat.

This game would have been better with dark helmet and Barf as playable characters. At least then the dialog and lulz would have somewhat compensated for the crappy game play.

I thought it was great (360 version), but then again, I like video games.
WTH is that suppose to mean? The rest of us don't?

My largest gripes with this game, is that it wasn't just hyped, it was suppose to be a showcase of some cool game tech. 404 not found.

I thought this game offered very little over the old SW title EPIII: Revenge of the Sith. Hell, I think the environments were just as destructive in that game. The combat system was better, and at least you fought a legion of droids that did come apart under saber cuts.

I just bought a 360 and found the game kind of fun. I havent played bioshock, gears of war, etc, but it never gets old force gripping and throwing storm troopers around. Camera angles and the boss battles were a little annoying.

Combos are interesting, but you find out that you only use a few and most are fairly easy to use.

Oh well, back to ncaa football.

Two guys at work have TFE. One has a PS3, and the other a Wii.

It sounds like they're playing different games sometimes. The PS3 version apparently has a lot of bugs, even to the extend of crashing the game. I haven't heard any complaints about the Wii version.

I borrowed the PS3 version, and the first level (as Vader) was a blast. I assume that this is just a taste of what being a full Jedi is like, and I'll have to work to bring the apprentice up to this level. I'm really hoping that I get to throw Jar Jar's around later in the game.

No, but he's an easter egg in the game.
