It is the Honda Jazz, that's why. Personally, I think the Fit is a bit of a waste in the States. It only gets marginally better MPG than a Civic and only costs a few hundred less (Yeah, hundred,
not thousand). It is not like we need it for its size; we actually have space to move around in America. Plus, a Civic is more powerful, which is always nice.
yeah, but the fit at that price is loaded and has 5 doors, while the civic is a coupe and has a minimum of standard equipment. a decent civic costs $20,000 these days, and depending on your needs, may offer significantly less cargo flexibility. $5000 is a lot of money. don't get me wrong, i'd rather drive an Si than a Fit, but the Fit definetely has its appeal, and Car and Driver loved it, especially compared to the competition. they liked the handling, the inventive cargo flexibility, they compared the instrument cluster to an acura, etc.
