While sitting close to her, touch her hair. If she wants to kiss you, she will let you touch her hair. If not, she won't let you touch her hair. If she doesn't want to kiss you, she's say something like "what are you doing?", and you can say "There's a booger in your hair"

Touch her hair right around her shoulder area. if she has a buzzcut or she is bald, this doesn't work as well. Then again, bald chicks aren't my bag.
