You're accused of murder, you cannot be guilty because at the time you were committing another crime, preparing to commit another crime or engaging in suspicious but innocent behavior. Do you tell the court that, or do you plead the fifth?

"Becoming guilty" is not the same thing as contributing to a guilty verdict.

It seems you are assuming guilty means actually committing the crime.

The thing is, that definition of guilty is meaningless in a practical sense. The only definition of guilty that means anything is 'found guilty in a court of law'.

If you watched the video, you will see there are numerous ways that an innocent person can be found guilty in a court of law simply for telling the truth.
