The fan on my 9800XT is shot

My fan is making some awful grinding noises, and it barely moves anymore. If i try to game with it it overheats and crashes. It's OEM, so no RMA'ing for me.

Does anyone know what would be a good replacement fan for the card? Anyone know of any good tutorials on how to do the swap?
