In Canada we lock up our Alzheimer patients until they die. We keep them sedated to keep them manageable, change their diapers regularly and make sure they don't beat each others up as they can be quite aggressive.

In Canada, there is no need for fake bus stops.

Is it better?

It's debatable.

This is freaking genius.

I've worked in a nursing home, believe me, this is a LOT better than having some stranger call the cops, and having the cops haul someone back. All because the resident followed someone out in a group, or snuck out.

I know, I have the same fear about gay marriage. If it becomes widely available, it won't be long till some people are forced to marry the same sex. Obviously that's the natural progression when you grant someone rights.
