Better story based content? Does it add any good dialogue, Oblivion was extremely light on dialogue in general.
Agreed, that is why I lost interest in it so quickly.
Morrowind has assloads of text-only dialog that contributed nothing to the story.
Is that really any better?

EDIT:
As for the original topic, I would like to get this but I'd still want all the other plug-ins that Bethesda offered. If the retail costs a lot of money I wont bother. Oblivion was nice, but not ground-breaking.

Well, I agree but we have to accept that other companies still want to make RPG's too. :D

Matter of fact, according to the strategy guide I am close to finishing Neverwinter nights 2. Soon as I'm done I'm running BG2 again and starting a game with a Cleric for my hero. Pretty sure thats the only stronghold I havent aquired before.

i don't think you can count Oblivion/G3 or DM M&M as RPGs :p

they are hybreds ... for the FPSer that wants 'more' but is not willing to 'tackle' Baldurs Gate- or NWN-type games ;)

these games appeal to the people who loved DeuSex ... or Thief Series ... withOUT the strict linearity of HL-style games.

there is plenty of room for ALL these types of games

and after DM M&M, i will be getting back into NWN2 [now that it finally runs on my system] ... Kts of the 9 will be for 'in-between' :)
