What would be the best, cheapest, and simplest way to extend the range of this
Linksys Wireless Router
?
Any links or advice will be very helpfull.
One of my customer bought a new, much bigger house (3 levels folks! :Q)
and the linky router I got for him can no longer "cover" the entire house...
Does this brand could support more powerfull, add-on antennas or signal amplifier?
Please let me know

wireless repeaters.

FYI: I just did a 3 story house. the repeater worked on the first 2 floors, but couldn't get through the bottom floor ceiling. I ended up using a netgear powerline adapter, and I must say i was amazed at how easy it worked. it just plugged in and worked.

Thanks for the feedback, title fixed :p
Edit: My customer would rather stick with only one router so getting a repeater is not an option.
Can anyone share any experiences with additional anntenas.?
Do they actually make a diffrience?

Inside a House Booster and or better Antenna would add few feet here and there. It usually not a comprehensive solution.

In most cases laying down CAT5 to a central open space in the House and plugging in it an additional Access Point will solve the problem at a reasonable cost.

Unfortunately Technology is not based on "Spoil Brats" Customers (You can show him this thread).

No, unfortuantely it is exactly opposite my friend.
Technology is created for people, not people for technology.....
But thanks for the tip....

I did not say People. I said Spoiled Brats.

Spoiled Brats are not People.

The guy buys a huge house, but he can't afford to solve the wireless problem properly?

Where is the router located now? How about moving it to the 2nd floor?

Cost of antennas or signal booster is usually high. Linksys does not have an official repeater product for WRT54G.

If the house is built with steel beams and steel floor supports, antennas will not work well either.

This is what I am afraid of. The house was build in 1922, so the walls are rather massive and I am positive that ther is a lot of steel used thrughout the construction....

Update:
It was easier than I though it would be...
The owner was kind enough to buy linksys wireless PCI cards, which can pickup (somehow) the signal from the linksys router throughout the entire house :D
The Linksys card have much better reception than the Dlink cards....
