Why do you get so much enjoyment from being mean to other people?

This is an interesting question. Normally, I disapprove of ridiculing people. But with the flat-earthers, they kinda deserve it because of their blatant denial of observable reality. Their comments about regular people being "sheep," trusting NASA, or having faith in science don't help their cause either.
Where I am, the sun is going to set tonight at exactly 8:52pm. I can go watch it if I choose to. It'll rise in the east again tomorrow morning at exactly 5:41am. And on Monday morning, August 21st, at exactly 10:17am, I'm going to watch a total solar eclipse, which was precisely predicted years in advance.
And here's the thing: not one of those predictions was made by a flat-earther. Not one. They were made by scientists, using the heliocentric model, and they will all prove to be amazingly accurate. There's no faith here.
