I get this once in a while.

My system is in my signature.

I'm not doing much just random stuff. The thing that worries me is my girlfriend was browsing the internet this morning and she said the computer froze up on her. I asked her what time she was browsing and I looked in the event viwer and sure enough right around the time it crashed it had that error.

I already read the Microsoft article about event 11. I did a chkdsk on the drive and it's fine, no errors whatsoever.

Wow, I can actually recreate the error. Recently I attempted to install my Sil driver for the other four SATA ports. If I enable/disable the raid device in my device manager it will give me the exact error. I wonder if I leave it disabled if this will fix it?

Well another update. I went into my local disk management and figured out which disk was 2. It was my SanDisk thumbdrive. So maybe Window's thought it was a regular hard drive and was having issues accessing it or something like that. I'm glad it isn't one of my major hard drives in my system.

EventViewer is a really stupid program. I think it's nothing but a can of worms.
