back on topic, I believe it was commie Kerry who said that his "plan" is to increase the size of the army by 40,000 soldiers or so.

I would say that position lends itself more towards a draft than any of GW's plans.

I think everyone should elect me president. We wouldn't need more soldiers. I would have nuked Fallujah a long time ago. Only need a few soldiers for that.
