They're fixated on humans when very recent history has shown us the next attack will more than likely originate from the belly of the airplane. They're targeting cargo and we're scanning and groping bodies.

Big sis is being reactive instead of proactive.

Play it safe. I don't want anyones balls blowing up @ 30,000 feet on my flight.
Once again... one jerk making news, and the news making him.
And the news making the news.

Let alone TSA still allows fully charged lithium ion batteries onboard.

Security theater, coming soon to your balls, boobs, ass, and anything else it can feel.

The things our government does in the name of safety almost never improve safety significantly and almost always cost more in money, personal freedom, and time than they're worth. TSA, I'm looking at you..

The screening process for the past 9 years was fine. This is crossing the line. I will not fly unless its an emergency Until this is rectified.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano is going to have to present a consistent policy to the American public. There can't be a procedure that exempts certain individuals because of their religious affiliations. The pat down of individuals under age sixteen is going to lead to accusations of child molestation.

The only way I see to maintain privacy is to relocate screening areas to sections of the airports away from public view, which opens up a whole new set of problems.

The man is a credit to the human race. He took point in what needs to be a national revolt.

Anyone who touches him should be thrown in a Mexican jail.

Nobody's forcing you to go to the airport, and you have no claim right to be there.

I think you need to read up on rights.

That may be, however, the government has no constitutional jurisdiction to have final say over whether or not I am able to enter in to a private contract with a private organization.

Remember, these regulations were not passed through congress as laws. They were decided on by an appointed (and not subject to confirmation) official. We cannot call for and vote to impeach her. She can make whatever rules she wants, because somewhere along the line, someone decided that it was OK for the Executive Branch to be able to write law.

Wrong is wrong, regardless of my personal feelings on the symptoms of the abuses of power.

He could of gone through the body scanner, but refused. So too bad. He obviously did not want to get on the plane. Maybe if people get uppity, they just need to take them out back and beat them up and assume he is a terrorist. Stuck up people have no right to endanger everyone else. Just tell him "Sorry Sir, then you can not fly." If he does not like it throw him in jail for distrubing the peace like any drunk and disorderly person.

People have options and if they dont like it, then the alternative is to travel by some other means.

The US will never win against the Taliban, because 'winning' is physically impossible. There will always be another whack job, another nut, another jihadist just waiting to blow something up.

See prohibition. See the war on drugs. etc. etc. etc.

Terrorism is simply the newest excuse the US government is using to remove freedoms. The biggest worry of people in power is that they might lose that power. The largest amount of work they do is directed to increase their control.

Anyone who argues for this type of shit is insane.

Nope. You've got that wrong. The government has no right to require me to get naked or be sexually assaulted as a condition of flying. THAT is the bottom line.

I want to know why Napolitano isn't being held accountable for her brazen lies to the public. She's said on record numerous times the machines cannot save images when its been exposed numerous times that they can and DO.

Also she keeps insisting the radiation is safe when many radiation experts are on record saying repeat exposure is NOT safe and its especially not safe for children.

This women should be forced to resign immediately.

She's not an elected official. We couldn't force her to resign even if we had 300 million signatures.

She did just that yesterday:

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano on Monday vehemently defended her department's use of advanced imaging technologies and pat-downs at U.S. airports, saying to do otherwise would be "irresponsible" and that passengers who don't like it can "travel by some other means."

We will Janet, and every single time I might have flown and do not because of the ever increasing absurdity of the TSA I will be sure to let the airlines know exactly why they aren't getting my money.

The difference between rape and sex is consent. It is your choice to consent to this shit but I refuse to give consent for myself or my children. Even worse are the people who are unaware of the recent changes and are literally treated like they have been placed under arrest for opting out of the scanner. To top it off they then threaten them with a civil suit if they decide that they do not consent to being groped and felt up by some glorified mall cop as a "result" of not going through the scanner even if they are willing to not fly as a result.

Why so many of you are willing to be treated the same as if you had been placed under arrest by the real police for absolutely no reason is beyond me.

Terrorists have already stuck bombs up their asses to hide them and nothing the TSA currently does will detect that. Are you willing to submit to the required "testing" to determine if you have a bomb up your ass too?

Getting a rectal exam by a TSA employee is just my little way of telling the terrorists they lost.

It's all about the illusion of security.

Oh, and tyranny. 1984 is coming to you. 26 years late, but it's almost here.
