That's sacreligious. Who ever thought Barq's needed to be turned into a diet drink should be shot... same with Caffeine-free Barqs.

Course I'm extremely anti-diet. Usually when people tell me that once you're "use to" the diet taste you never go back, I give em the finger. I don't WANT to get use to it.

It's kind of true. I'm used to it and I normally do fine with diet drinks. Every once in a blue moon I'll have a non-diet drink. It's a hell of a lot better, but those 150 calories are just such waste.

I won't vote for Diet Rite because it isn't a caffeine delivery system. I rarely drink Diet Coke, had an ex who drank a 6 pack of that for breakfast every day *bleh*

Oh, Diet Big Red, too, I believe uses Splenda.

I like diet rite but it has no caffeine so it doesn't wake me up.

Do you mean C2? it is half Splenda and half sugar. half the sugar, half the carbs.

it's pretty good. i just had one.

but it is more carbs/sugar than Diet Coke / Diet Pepsi.

C2 is part sucralose, part aspertame, and part corn syrup. None of the sodas have sugar (at least in the US)
