Damon only wears one cell throughout the movie...but does have different cards for it. So i wouldn't assume that's it...

I found this while digging in the IMDB message board for the film. Not sure how accurate it is, but i'd assume the script is available somewhere to verify. I don't care enough to look for it.

from the script:
COLIN walks over to the car. COSTELLO gives COLIN a BOX.
COLIN flips open the top and then quickly closes it. NOTE:
The box could contain an eyeball, money, drugs, a picture of
Colin *beep* his school teacher...we will never know.
