Linux on 2 of them, Win2k on 2 of them and FreeBSD on one of them .. I activly use my main win2k box the most, but i guess i love them all.

Minority or not, I use Win98se and I like it! I've removed all unnecessary DLLs, pointless registry entries, and garbage files, tweaked the living daylights out of it, and it works just fine for me! Besides, with a GF, an apartment, a car, and all the associated necessities to support, I'll probably have better things to spend my money on for quite awhile yet.......-kd5-

We all know win2k/xp can't be beat for the desktop, as is what most of use our computer for. If you are asking what kind of os for the server..we would see much different results.

Win '98 build 4.10...why ruin a good thing ?

Probably the most stable win OS for overclocking IMO. Did the Me thing for a while...hated it!

I will probably be using it for another year or so until XP's patch parade has finally settled down.

Wow, I'm falling ever farther behind, but I can't think of one good reason to "upgrade". Still running a 440BX and 98SE. Can't remember the last time I crashed. I've had Netscape puke a few times, but never took the OS out with it. Oh well, you guys keep blazing a trail for me, I'll just keep trouble free, merrily, tagging along behind...
