I'm having trouble keeping track of all the companies that we're supposed to hate, so I figured as a public service we should consolidate an official list of them here. All the companies listed here are automatically on the list owning to having mutliple threads bashing them on these forums as we speak. Any other trendy to hate companies you can think of? Also, including the Cliff's Notes version on why we hate them would be helpful for other readers...

WorldWideBush, Inc. The United States is currently a wholly owned subsidary, but there's going to be one hell of a shareholder's convention come November.

I don't hate McDonald's but I think consumption of junk food should be taxed so that I don't have to pay for fat people's disabilities and health problems.

How about we tax what you type on the Internet? It gives me headaches and I shouldn't have to pay for Tylenol to make them go away since you caused them.

I don't think that analogy is apt. It would be similar if you suggested that we tax you on your monitor purchases for the headaches they cause you. Even then, the cost of tylenol is de minimus so a tax would be unecessary overhead.

Yes. The whole Fortune 1000. lol.

I love the companies listed above. My favorites are WMT and HAL. Damn companies are being nice to me. Why should the companies who make the money give it to the unions? If the companies keep the money they can reinvest it and expand and create new jobs. =) Sort of how WMT is doing it. Or they are more than welcome to increase dividend pay out too.

Let?s face it... a companies ONLY social responsibility is to return a profit to its share holders!

You can't hate Microsoft all the time... Its kind of hard not to be a monopoly in their case... As for security issuses....yea you can kill them

How can you hate Halliburton? Tell me one thing wrong the company did, who cares? As long as they are helping the situation in Iraq I dont give a damn.

it is taxed.
but ummmm...even if it were taxed as much as, say, tobacco we'd still be paying for people like we do with tobacco. i think the trend of no personal responsibility extends beyond taxation.

You're close.

Only against Companies that pretend to be an American Company when in fact they should be forced to give up their American Corp Charter and have the Foreign Charter in which they truly reside.

That's apparently too hard of a concept for the NeoCons in here to understand.

This pretty much sums it up.

This WWBush Inc is what has made the situation of allowing Corps to pretend they are an American Company while really residing overseas.

What state do you live in? Some states don't have sales taxes. In any case, I was suggesting their should be a special tax on junk food like with tobacco. And if the tax on junk food consumption was high enough, we wouldn't have to "pay for people." I'm a fan of personal responsibility. That's why I think people should pay for their own nasty habits so that I don't have to. A tax to cover external costs would promote personal responsibility.

Hating Bush isn't a full time occupation now? Extra time left over to hate "corporations"

where is Moonbeam....with "hate" in the title, i would have thought it would have stimulated one of his expositions on self-hate and the road to happiness.

I love corporations..

heck i even own one!

in invest in several, and they have given a lot more back to me in "love" than any liberal ever has.
if you hate a ll corporations, you need to go to a workers "paradise" like Cuba or N. Korea....
no corporations there to upset you...
