I DO agree with DigDog that you can't "catch" the beetus...you don't get it from other people, (although a person COULD have a genetic predisposition to developing it) you can't get it by getting bitten by an insect or other critter...generally, you do it to yourself by bad eating habits, lack of exercise, stuff like that.
