Damn it Boomer
@boomer 😛

When people get old, your generation no longer gets distinguished from your parent's generation.

(30 years is the difference between 70 year old and 100 year old). So yes, you can fuck your mom or dad's best friend with no repercussions, provided that they didn't expire yet.

Well, yeah... if you were a boomer, would you want to go to some crappy minimum wage retail or amazon warehouse job where you're probably going to catch COVID and possibly die?

So the boomers are retiring, and because of that businesses are closing and the economy is going down the shitter. Doesn't that prove that boomers are the most valuable segment of the population?

I'll be accepting high fives from you lessor citizens during my afternoon walk.

WSJ ran an article that the number of entrepreneurs is up too - from 3% of the workforce to 6%. So any extra 3% not available for the open jobs elsewhere right now

Since the economy needs bodies we should just implement a work requirement for retirement benefits.

Planning on continuing to work at something at least P/T that you enjoy after retirement is key to living a long and healthy life IMO.

Nearly everyone I know who chose not to go this route wasn't around long after hanging it up.
