My apologies if this has been posted before, I searched a bit but didn't see it. I thought this was a great explanation to help those who don't understand exactly what is going on right now.

Its about 10 minutes long, but well worth watching.

That was very good...but he forgot 1 thing.

The government encouraged the loosening of qualification for mortgages....

But the whole thing is EPIC FAIL
