It's supposedly actual footage from Iraq.
It looks like those guys run and throw a weapon in the field (possibly to hide it).
You can hear the voices on the tape double checking and asking for permission to engage. The one guy asks if the other guy is sure it was a weapon they had and the guy says yes, he's sure.
