Was just sitting here calculating how much gets spent in keeping up the physical appearance each month.Granted I'm old but yikes! :Q

How much do you spend every month on personal upkeep?

Oh jeez... do you count clothes?

There's cologne, salon trips, manicures, facials, hair products, tanning, all the hygiene stuff.... Maybe $400?

All I have to pay for is food. Probably about $150-$200 per month for the two of us.

Uhhhh...maybe a razor blade replacement every two or three weeks. Other than that....ummmmm....none?

All exercise equipment I have is long paid for.

Just hair gel when and if I step out of the house. It's not for looking good. It's just to keep from looking like a bum.

I'm married so I've given up caring about looking good. :D

A razor, shaving cream, a bar of soap, and some shampoo and I'm good to go.

I did have to buy a new wardrobe by I look at that as a cost of good health.

Just a haircut - about 15 bucks. I purchase gel about once every 5 months, and a pack of razors at about the same time - they last me that long since i only have to shave once a week :p

Can you explain that one?

I think he means he had to buy new clothes that fit because he lost weight.

I got in shape and lost 25 lbs. Hence, I had to buy new clothes. I primarily did it because I was feeling crummy, not because I wanted to look better.

Good food is a must, poultry producers have people who are into fitness by the shorthairs cause no matter how much chicken costs we're going to buy it.

It's amazing,I can easily remember the days when only poor people ate a lot of chicken, now many times it's more expensive than steak.
