day 5 of my isolation and I am still bored but I keep in contact with family and my GF over the phone so I am not as lonely.

My beard is starting to annoy me a bit. Mostly because it is coming in grey.

Your beard is not grey, it is just lightening up.

Went to San Diego yesterday, was almost to Palm Springs and friend calls his mom to find out shes visiting in San Diego so we dropped him off down there. I found these on the way back. If you seen naked gun, these are from the movie. Oddly we hit the 5 North to Sacremento right at 5 zero traffic, friend says thats the first time he seen this since 1983. So many staying home i guess.

Goofing around with Enterprise NVMe cards. I put a Windows 1909 ISO on one card and had it install to Hyper-V on another card. Took like 90 seconds. I've dubbed it Windows Neapolitan edition lol.

Went to a walk in clinic yesterday, i had my temp taken OUTSIDE and i was asked to put on a mask before i could even walk in. Was not allowed to take the thing off till i got back into my car and leave. Won't lie, it felt like the end of the world putting that thing on and seeing the other 3 people in the waiting room and EVERYONE else in these things as well. It was a dreaded feeling. Was a real eye opener to what i would call the new world.

I drink tons of water or sometimes milk before a meal, it helps. Between that and my hypomania i been dealing with since last month, i have lost 33 pounds this last month or so not doing much of anything besides mainly sitting here. Hypomania prob played a bigger part cause i ended up fastening unintentionally or going day after day without food more then once went like 4 days without anything.

Its a gift and a curse at the same time.

Needed to buy booze. Governor basically said curbside pickup for liquor stores starting a few days from now for them to adjust.

So anyways show up and it is quasi-curbside. God dang this is handy, tell them what I want and hand it over without me have having to find it or dick with their POS.

Went to store around corner for a 2 liter of coke to wash down the rest of this whiskey i got for a bad tooth, i think for a second i was in a alternate reality or something. No joke but not a soul was wearing gloves masks or even practicing social distancing. Yeah that was sorta eerie. Usually see a little something that just reminds you of the new life we live yet no one today was doing this.

Hopefully I would get off my butt and do something about my pc desktop and the laptop. Time to copy all files and reformat/reinstall both of the suckers. And clean/straighten the bedroom plus the vehicle. Just clean and maintenance tasks.

Yeah i had to go to walk in clinic cause one of my gums got seriously infected, i love how they told me i should have went to a er. Yeah sure with the 252 cases and 3 major hospitals here, take a guess where a covid-19 person goes? Yeah i made the right call just going to the walk-in lol. I sat on this thing for almost a week till it got a bit unbearable i wasn't sure where the heck to go.

Would catch me DEAD walking into a er room right now. I was in some bad pain yesterday,i would have welcomed a quick death to end the pain. I had 80mg of edibles, i got some whiskey and i got the amoxicillin and after some time i felt like myself again. But yeah that walk-in clinic really was a eye opener. I hated the entire experience of bearing witness to the drastic change in the quality of life.

One burner decided to go full on power at min temp setting. Damn near caused a fire. Looks like it's just the one control knob so I will be doing some light disassembly and replacement if I can get the part.

Laying here in a motel room in a mountain canyon listening to a snow melt fed creek, waiting for the night to fall so I can go listen to the local elf owls begin their busy night. We loaded up on Persian takeout so the fridge is packed with delicious food. After the owls get going the ringtails wake up and come out to feed.
