This all happened during my Senor year of high school

Raised 10k for the american cancer society
Donated enough money to a local teach who had cancer to pay for all her bills for 2 years. Never seen someone cry so many tears of joy in my life. That changed my life forever.
Did a toy donation to a local joe dimaggio hospital and gave toys to kids with cancer on Christmas Eve...again another experience that changed my life.

Surfed an 8' wave.

Watched the birth of my son.

Visited Mayan ruins.

Spent a week in Maui just exploring and hanging out in the sun with my wife and son.

Crewed on a 30' Pearson (sailboat racing) on Lake Ontario for a season.

Sailed to Catalina Island a number of times on a 38' Downeastern (this takes about 7 hours from Oceanside harbor which is 40 miles from Catalina).

Hiked up some pretty tall mountains.

Scared a bear off the beach with a boat oar to help my sister get back to the house safely (I was 8 years old, she was 7).

Drove a sports car 140mph.

Flown a small plane.

Sold almost everything I owned and moved to Los Angeles, California from upstate New York alone when I was 22 years old...I had never even been here before.

The coolest thing I've ever had the pleasure of doing was driving an Aston Martin Vanquish down the 405 FWY at 150 mph... I got onto the 118 at Hayvenhurst, transitioned to the 405-S, and the freeway was devoid of all traffic so I gunned it. I still wet myself when I remember that awesome experience! That moment made my life complete. I remember being pinned to the seat all the way up to that speed.. and letting off the gas revealed the sweetest backthrottle idle I've ever heard. That care is pure heaven. It felt more stable at high speed than it did sitting still.

Shark fishing in Key West was fun.

Worked on the computers for the county's sheriff's department for an under cover operation monitoring the Russian mafia, was pretty cool talking to the guys that worked in there.

Some of you might find this cool...

It was my freshman year in college and my pledge brothers and I got some money together and rented a U-Haul and bought a keg. Well, we threw the keg in the U-Haul as well as some couches and chairs. We then drove from Pullman Washington to Spokane (about an hour plus drive) to go to the strip club there. All the way we were (about 15 of us) drinking as much as we could and were doing keg-stands at 60mph. We got to the Strip Club just in time for armature night. Had a great time.

Another one:

I was on a road trip w/ my buddy going from San Diego to Seattle. Well we stopped in San Jose to meet up with some of his friends. Turns out one of the worked security for the San Jose Ice Arena. The guy let us in along with a keg tap. We went down to the place they keep the kegs and did our best to put a dent in them. Of course there were about 100+ kegs down there. My friend still has a picture of me fully passed out laying on a bunch of kegs.

Ha...I was going to say something similar...but instead of dancer replace with "fairly well-known model".

Other Cool things:
1. Went commercial fishing in all parts of Alaska (including the Bering Sea)
2. Those two are about it...I don't get out much. :D

Rode a bike across the US solo/unsupported. A few other long distance tours as well (most of the US pacific coast, Missoula -> Jasper through Glacier/Icefields NP)

Drove the haul road from Fairbanks to Prudhoe Bay, hiked/camped Denali State Park.

Snowmobiled Yellowstone

Spent a week in a rain forest on a tributary of the Amazon.

Built and eventually learned to ski on a single ski - kind of like a slalom water ski. Of course, snowboards came along about the same time - my idea never caught on :(

Worked as a whitewater guide in H.S.

Lots of stuff at work that most people would consider boring as hell (at best).

Hit a batting practice home run in the Astrodome at a little baseball camp/conference thing during the summer after I graduated high school.

In case you're wondering, it was a wooden bat. They didn't let me keep the bat, but at least I have the ball. My mom even remembers the seat number it was under... I'll have to ask her again.

? Camped in every province in Canada, spare the maritimes/quebec (eck).

? Flew a cessna over Ottawa.

? Been dating the hottest girl in my program for a year and a half.

Haha cool....we have batting cages at this place here in town.

A friend and I were there and he tried the "fast" pitch and couldn't hit anything and I was laughing at him. He was like yeah bet you couldn't. So not to be outdone, I stepped into the "Very Fast" pitch (fastest they have) and just started hitting them. Got a few really good hits, lot of line drive type things.

I actually surprised myself because I don't play baseball and have never attempted to hit any going that fast. Maybe I should have played baseball.

You take the cake man. I salute you.

I could conquer oceans and mountains alike and feel good about it but I know that affecting someone elses life would matter more.

Lived in Killington, VT for two seasons, got to snowboard almost every day.

A friend of mine has his Capitan's license and I have helped him deliver $1million Dollar+ boats up and down the east coast. We have done deliveries to the Bahamas and have seen/stayed on some of the smaller islands like Walkers Cay

Bought a RV on Ebay, flew to Houston, TX to pick it up, and drove it back to PA
Read about that Here

#1. Pulled three individuals (not at the same time) from the jaws of a drowning death.
#2. Engineered a piece of lighting gear that is now a common fixture for a bunch of Irish lads who have a little combo known as U2.
#3. A bunch of other stuff with a Bay Area Pop / Rock Combo known as JOURNEY but the coolest was handing Steve Perry a line of lyric that he ended up likeing and using in the finished song.

Got credit, but no pay for that.

< have actually "partied like a rock star". Let me assure you it loses something in translation.
