Summary: 8 year old native american girl speaking of empathy, the evils of religion etc.
I agree 100%, I don't see what is so strange about it, I was pretty much the same way when I was 8 and could go on and on, this girl would have been my best friend. Smart parents.
Shame all these new little fundamentalist christians being home schooled and being indoctrinated will not get to make their own choices and will probably not wake up until 16 or so when people usually get over it. A lot of wasted time, and they shall be scarred for life.
One can always be proud of our publicly funded liberal madrasas.
Yes, you are a great example, shaking in his boots blubbering about muslims out to get you everywhere. Shame we don't have Spine 101 classes.
Since you're going to bring Muslim violence into this topic, tell me. Since 1990 has there been a single genocide or major conflict that has not included one of the sides as Muslim? The violence can not be denied no matter how hard you thrust your head into your sandbox.
Only a fool would not take them at their sworn vow to kill us for Jihad while they develop nuclear technology.

Is "crapthreading" what one does when they see a thread that's destined to be locked because it belongs in the toilet, and hastens that eventuality? Because that is surely what I'm doing! 😀
What else you got? Told any poor, dumb immigrants that whitey is holding them down and to cheer on illegal immigration because "no one is illegal" lately? That was some great comic material too. 😀
Stay on topic, you already admitting to crapthreading.
Since you've changed your mind and care about the topic. I'll start with the first thing mentioned. Video games do not create violence, that's obvious and old stuck up fools like O'Reilly are just too old to realize our violence dates back to much more natural tendencies.
Of course, I have grown up since I was 3 on video games. It gives me an understanding of their influences. If anything, RPGs and playing the Hero instills a sense of morale values.
Study a rat colony as it grows in population. When they start forming gangs and preying on each other, only then does one realize we are no different and our over population has created a desire to utterly dismiss the value of life. We're a dime a billion and self preservation no longer coincides with the preservation of those around you.
Those who function with utility instead of morale feelings for others are certain to see the life of certain others as only standing in their way. Perhaps that too, is where the decline of religion can be blamed, not that it is perfect ? far from it ? but we?ve not replaced religion with anything equal in morale guidance. Only the selfish self absorption of today?s society is what our children are taught through example.
There are many many reasons, none of them are simple and all of them as old and basic as our species. Violence in our entertainment, if anything is a reflection, nowhere do I believe it causes it.
